Please review the Agenda to determine if the

speak on the subject under Item 5.2.
However, if the item is not on the Agenda, each speaker will be limited
to one five (5) minute opportunity to speak, unless the City Council makes an
exception due to special circumstances.
The Brown
Act prohibits the Council from taking action on any item not placed on
the printed Agenda in most cases.
Effective July 1, 2008, the Brown Act requires
any non-confidential documents or writings distributed to a majority of the
City Council less than 72 hours before a regular meeting will be made available
to members of the public at the same time they are distributed.
City Council meetings are televised and can be
seen live on Cable Public Access Channel 11 and on tape delay the following
morning at 10:00 a.m.
In compliance with the Americans with
Disabilities Act, the City of Anderson will make available to members of the
public any special assistance necessary to participate in this meeting. The public should contact the City Clerk’s
office (378-6646) to make such a request.
Notification 72 hours prior to the meeting will enable the City to make
reasonable arrangements to ensure accessibility to this meeting.

VEHICLE CODE

ACTION:

Conduct a Public Hearing.
2. Subject
to testimony received, the Chief recommends that the City Council approve and
impose a $75.00 Administrative Recovery Fee to offset the costs associated with
the Anderson Police Department towing vehicles under California Vehicle Code
§§22651(h), 22651(o), 22651(p), and 14602.6.

an agreement with Adams Ashby Group for a maximum amount of $65,929, for grant
administration and activity delivery for the CDBG General Allocation Grant No.
09-STBG-6409.

INCREASE RENTAL FEES FOR THE AMPHITHEATER (STAGE)

a resolution increasing the user fee for the Amphitheater and other facilities
at Anderson River Park.

a resolution approving a cooperative agreement with Caltrans and authorizing
the City Manager to execute the agreement on behalf of the City.

OF COMPLETION FOR THE COBBLESTONE LOOP SEWER
REPLACEMENT PROJECT
RECOMMENDED
ACTION:
Direct the
Public Works Director to prepare and record a Notice of Completion for the
Cobblestone Loop Sewer Replacement Project and authorize the Finance Director
to make payment for the project in compliance with the contract documents.
RECOMMENDED ACTION:
Adopt
a resolution establishing Temporary No Parking Zones, Temporary Loading Zone,
and Traffic Control Measures on portions of Briggs Street, Silver Street, First
Street, Fairgrounds Drive, and Second Street from June 14th through
June 20th, 2010.
